SketchChair Software – Design Your Own Chairs
SketchChair by Greg Saul & the JST ERATO Design UI Project
SketchChair is a software that that allows any inexperienced user to design and make his own chair or any other design products that comes into his mind.
The SketchChair is the collaboration between Greg Saul and JST ERATO Design UI Project in Tokyo, Japan.

I saw the video(below) about the SketchChair application, and I’m surprised how easy to operate using a simple 2D sketch-based interface and design validation tools. Much more if the user already had a background in design and familiar with autoCAD and other 3D designing tools. Reference geometry and figure to aid in design are available on the SketchChair software.
And after you’d designed the chairs, program then generates files ready for laser cutting or CNC milling machine and then fabrication. The Sketch Chair is available and free to download.

yeah, it’s pretty neat application! I can’t try the SketchChair co’z I used mac and they don’t have a mac version yet, so maybe I’ll try this in the near future, though I’d also downloaded their windows version.

the ‘machine‘ only approve comment with links from real people, and sad to say that your link directly goes to a website which you are an affiliate.
and uh, the ‘machine’ also remove the links from any comment that only put their keyword on the ‘name’ section, so better add your name along side with your keyword/s.

Solid white albacore is the only way to go. I happen to really like Costco’s Kirtkland brand, but I think the Bumblebee brand, again only albacore, tastes the least fishy–if, that is, you don’t have a Costco store near you. FYI, packed in oil also reduces the fishy taste, but of course, it’s in oil versus water packed.
